Card Processing via EnakPay App:
Application Fee: 5% of total transaction amount (inclusive of Food and Beverage Sales, Service Fee, and PB1 Tax).
Note: This application fee covers card processing and operational costs. This fixed % can also be negotiated.
QRIS Payments (Coming Soon):
Application. fee: 0.7% of the transaction amount + Rp 2,000 per transaction.
Note: This is aligned with Bank Indonesia's QRIS Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) regulations.
Pay at Register:
Application Fee: Rp, 2,000 per transaction.
Bank Transfer (Coming Soon):
Application fee: Details will be announced upon service launch.
Important: Application fees are charged to customers, not the venue. This ensures business receive the full payment amount without deductions. "Pay at Register" business will be invoiced on the amount of transactions end of each month to provide EnakPay the Application Fee.
Additional Information:
Service Fees & Taxes: Venues remain responsible for distributing service fees to staff and remitting PB1 Tax to the government.
Equipment Leasing: EnakPay offers optional equipment leasing to improve venue operations. Details stated below.
